We will be having a "Delightful Healthier Holiday Dessert" cooking demonstration at CHOOSING LIFE CENTER on December 3, 2006 3-5 PM.
A light soup and sandwich supper will be served along with tasty samples of healthier desserts.
Several demonstrations will be presented along with information on the importance of avoiding processed sweeteners (white & brown sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc.) and some suggested better choices for sugar substitutes.
